FRUIT IS SO GOOD FOR YOU!!!!!

A couple of nights ago, I was half listening to an episode of The Office, when something Dwight said got my attention…“deer is an aphrodisiac” (Season 2, Episode 8). It was in reference to Dwight’s raise, which he felt Michael and Jan should discuss at The Antler Lodge. After extensive research (okay I Googled), it turns out that Schrute was right – except that deer antlers are the aphrodisiac, not deer itself (hence the Antler Lodge). So, what’s a vegetarian or simply the deer-adverse to do? In a recent Cosmo article titled “Aphrodisiac Foods that Feed Your Sex Drive”, author Molly Triffin pointed out 11 foods that help improve your lust life. Some of them are classics, like chocolate or oysters, but a few are quite surprising, like bananas and watermelon. Bananas contain potassium, which is essential for muscle strength, including those muscles down there. The key benefit? When you orgasm, the “contractions will be superintense.” And to think I was under the impression that bananas only help with recovery after a workout. We’d love to know where you fall on the food continuum – have you ever found a SPECIAL FOOD?

Side note: Guess who else was featured in Cosmo? Cosmopolitan showed some love for Zestra in February issue’s “99 Hot New Sex Tips.. in 20 Words or Less” http://ow.ly/d/1gW

Blogger Review: Zestra is Warm-Tingly-Oh-My!

Posted 2:23 pm, January 13th, 2010

Tracey, a More Women reviewer posted her review of Zestra:

“Warm & Tingly, Oh My!!”

“Breaking out of my comfort, and embarrassed, zones, I decided to throw my name in the bucket for a chance to review the Zestra Essential Arousal Oils for More Women Product Reviews. When Grace sent me an email letting me I was selected as a reviewer, I recall sitting back in my chair, giggling somewhat nervously as I anticipated writing about the experience. It only took me until I was in my late 30′s to discover the joys and pleasures of of sex toys…”

“It wasn’t long, maybe 1 minutes, before I felt the warm tingling sensation mentioned as the Zestra Rush. And it was a rush! A warm, zippy feeling that spread and spread…”

Female Sexual Satisfaction in the News

Posted 4:07 pm, January 11th, 2010

by Rachel Braun Scherl and Mary W. Jaensch

Another big week for female sexual satisfaction. The Journal of Sex and Marital Therapy published a study this week on Zestra, highlighting its effectiveness in improving desire, arousal and satisfaction for 70% of women. So now all of the evidence is in, Zestra works for women with and without sexual concerns or difficulties.

And it certainly was a great start to the New Year for Sadie Nardini. It turns out that yoga instructing, Nardini and her photographer husband, decided to have sex every day for the entire month of December. While their goal was to get rid of their cigarette and chocolate habits, they found that the daily sex had other terrific benefits. They slept better, they had more energy and Nardini didn’t get her usual winter cold.

And guess what??? They are going back to bat — to have daily sex every day in January too.

While experts are divided about the conclusions – maybe it doesn’t matter – if sex makes people healthier or if the healthy have more sex. It sounds like a win for everyone.

And in a recent North Carolina study, results showed that women who enjoyed sex lived longer than those who didn’t enjoy sex.

WOW SOUNDS GOOD!!!! Zestra for everybody. In fact, we think we will send the Nardinis a nice little New Year’s Gift.

WE LOVE SNOW DAYS

by Rachel Braun Scherl and Mary W. Jaensch

WE are snowed in here in some parts of the Northeast. Can’t do holiday shopping or get out of our driveways. Seems like a good day to think about female sexual satisfaction. Here is our idea for a new reality show – The Zestra Rush – Snowstorm Edition. Picture fires, hot chocolate, marshmallows, candles, cozy socks and flannel sheets.

Women are Talking…and Loving Zestra!!!!!!

Posted 12:38 pm, December 6th, 2009

by Rachel Braun Scherl and Mary W. Jaensch

Every day, we hear new and interesting tidbits from women and health care professionals.  Women share their experiences and describe to us how Zestra has transformed their lives.  They call, they write, send smoke signals, stop us at the gym and on the street.  Some of their stories are serious, some are funny, and some have never been shared before.  Yesterday, a women told us  that before she found Zestra, she used to tell her husband that she needed “pelvic rest”.  Since discovering Zestra, she has thrown that excuse out the window and says with a huge smile, “No more pelvic rest for me!”

In an article from mayoclinic.com, where more than 3,300 physicians, scientists and researchers from Mayo Clinic share their expertise, we recently saw a review they did of products and solutions to help women have  orgasms.  According to the article, “herbal lubricants, such as Zestra, may help some women. These products help warm the clitoris and may increase sexual arousal and orgasm.”

The word is out.  The conversation is underway.

THE NEW YORK TIMES! WE CAN’T BELIEVE THAT ZESTRA IS IN THE NEW YORK TIMES !!!!!!!

Posted 10:27 am, November 30th, 2009

by Rachel Braun Scherl and Mary W. Jaensch

Well, we have tried to tell literally everyone we know, but in case you haven’t heard – Zestra was in the New York Times Sunday Styles Section yesterday, November 29, 2009.  The Generation B article, In Search of Their Own Elixir of Love, was written by Michael Winerip.  A Pulitzer-Prize winning journalist, Mike Winerip wrote a thoughtful piece about the challenges in sexual relationships when Viagra and different interest levels intersect.  Dr. Susan Kellogg, one of the most caring doctors we have ever met, discussed great success recommending Zestra to her patients.  And several women with real needs and desires, described how Zestra® helped to change their intimate lives. As we like to say with Zestra, “It is low risk, with a potentially spectacular reward.”   Based on the calls, letters and orders we are getting, many women are finding the very same thing.
