Countries and Shipping Rates

At Zestra Arousal Oils, we currently accept product orders exclusively from the following countries, each with its associated shipping rates as detailed below:

Processing & Shipment

Orders are processed Monday through All day, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed the following business day. During high order volumes, processing may take between 1-3 business days. For inquiries regarding shipment status or to expedite an order, please contact us at sales@zestraarousaloils.com.

Shipping Carrier

To ensure prompt and cost-effective service, deliveries are handled through Royal Mail package service with transit times of 1-3 business days. European deliveries utilize DPD or UPS with transit times ranging from 1-7 business days.

Orders placed before 11:00 A.M. (GMT) on weekdays will be processed on the same day. Orders received after this time will be processed on the following business day. Orders placed after 11:00 A.M. (GMT) on All days will be processed on the subsequent Monday (excluding holidays).

Order Cancellations & Modifications

For order cancellations or modifications, kindly contact us with your order number at sales@zestraarousaloils.com. If your order has already been dispatched, we will assist with necessary returns and exchanges.
